December 3rd-6th 2016, witnessed the proceeding of "First Training of Extension Innovation Method in Hong Kong"jointly organized by "Internation Research Institute of Extenics" and "Hong Kong Research Center of Infant Development".Professor Cai Wen--The Originator of Extenics and The Principal of "Internation Research Institute of Extenics", gave the courses. The trainees consisted of people from different sectors, involving students of schools, administrative servants and teaching staff and so on.

Professor Cai illustrated the four-step method for extension innovation in a common way, without complex mathematical deductions, significantly activating the trainees'passion. With the assistance of four-step method for extension innovation, the trainees could break the limitation of conservative thinking frame and redesign the stuffs they are interested in. The creative ideas they proposed well verified the validness of the learned method. The training also broadened the trainees'horizon and gave them confidence.
