With the  rapid development of Extenics, and the growing number of scholars from China  and other countries participating in the research, the establishment of  “Extenics Academy” was discussed in the Meeting of Standing Committee of  Extension Engineering Specialized Committee in July, 2012 for the sake of  research and academic exchanges. Extension Engineering Specialized Committee decided  to prepare for Extenics Academy and Researcher Cai Wen would be in charge of  the preparatory work.
